We work closely with fishermen in the Baltic Sea region, organic fish farms in Lithuania, and certified fish suppliers from around the world to ensure that we always have fresh fish.
The climate of the Lithuanian region dictates the range of fresh fish we offer, which changes with the seasons: autumn is the season for smelt, sterlet, Baltic cod, and Atlantic cod; winter is the season for smelt; spring is the season for Baltic herring, flounder, and wild catfish; and summer is the season for eel. However, seafood and fish from the world’s oceans reach us all year round.
We are committed to fresh, natural, organic, and authentic food.
Led by chef Andrius Gurevičius, our kitchen team works together to reveal the true flavor of fish and seafood through simplicity, naturalness, and authenticity.
Professional waiters will offer restaurant guests the most suitable side dishes for different fresh fish dishes, which further complement and help reveal their true flavors.
