The menu at Monist restaurant is inspired by everyday cuisine and Lithuanian delicacies, therefore it evolves with the changing seasons. Regardless of the time of year, guests are welcomed with surprising flavours and high-quality dishes. As a result, in 2026, the Monist restaurant was included in the “MICHELIN Guide Lithuania”. In the evenings, glasses come alive at the Monist bar, where experienced mixologists craft their creations.

Slow and long breakfasts.
The breakfast for sharing is available daily from 08:00 to 11:00, and the brunch menu daily from 11:00 to 15:00.
Seasonal menu. The à la carte menu is served throughout the week from 12:00 to 22:00.
Cocktail menu. Until 23:00 daily, the cosy Monist bar offers signature cocktails and a curated selection of drinks.
The spaces of Monist restaurant can be adapted for celebrations and business events, and during the warm season, guests are invited to enjoy the restaurant’s terrace as well.
