Molinis ąsotis

Times change, people change, and so do their hobbies and desires. A lot of time has passed since ice cream and lemonade were made here…In those days, ice cream was made from ice that was cut from the sea in winter with a hand saw and transported by horse-drawn carts. During the Soviet era, the current restaurant premises were home to a pub where visitors would stop by for a drink and a chat.
The surroundings, visitors, and service have changed. Today, Molinis Ąsotis, located on Basanavičiaus Street in Palanga, amazes visitors with its history, accumulated experience, and new changes. The restaurant’s owners raised it like their own child: they designed the interior themselves, observed the surroundings and the guests who stopped by, and strove to serve them high-quality dishes.
The renovated Molinis ąsotis invites you to enjoy its 1960s-inspired interior, Lithuanian household details, and wood and pastel colors. We sought to combine classic and Lithuanian national styles, and we succeeded. The two-story restaurant has three halls and a large outdoor café, so it can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Molinis ąsotis is open all year round, so whether it’s a hot summer day or freezing cold outside, visitors will be served a hearty and delicious meal. The restaurant’s chef offers guests Lithuanian and European cuisine, a special menu for children, and a large selection of desserts. Visitors can choose the right wine to accompany each dish or enjoy a glass of spirits on a cool evening.
Stop by the experienced and skilled restaurant Molinis ąsotis and you won’t be disappointed!
