MEAT Steak House
The renowned Lithuanian restaurant MEAT Steak House is located on the first floor of Hotel Gabija Palanga.
One of the restaurant’s founders and its chef, Liutauras Čeprackas, studied at the prestigious world-renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, where he graduated with a gold medal. Today, he is considered one of the best chefs in Lithuania and owns a chain of restaurants.
The pride of this restaurant is its MEAT: whether it’s juicy beef steaks with a crispy crust or duck roasted on a red cedar plank and served with crispy thin potatoes, all dishes melt in your mouth.
Meat Steak House is probably the only restaurant in the Baltic States to have its own meat aging chamber, which brings out the best qualities of the meat, giving the steaks a special flavor that attracts connoisseurs of good food.
The restaurant offers guests a wide selection of beef steaks:
Rib-Eye entrecôte, New York strip, sirloin, and large bone-in steaks such as T-bone or Porterhouse. Fish and seafood dishes will also delight your palate.
