The Villa

The villa is believed to have been built in the 1940s. It features Swiss-style elements, which are most evident in the stylized mansard roof of the side façade. Between the wars, the plot on which the building stands changed several owners, and during the Soviet era, the nationalized villa became part of the Jūratė recreation complex. In 2014, the building was declared a cultural heritage site of local significance. The building now provides accommodation services.
