Villa “Rojus”
Villa “Rojus” is a small, cozy 4-room new villa located in Šventoji near the “Beždžionių” bridge (about 3-4 minutes walk), ~ 50-100 meters from the Šventoji River. The villa is a log house built from eco-friendly materials, more suited for family vacations with a children’s playground, a cozy environment for barbecuing and grilling, and relaxing outdoors. In case of rainy weather or when tired from the sun, you can relax on the spacious 2.5 m x 7.0 m terraces. The villa can accommodate up to 18 people at a time.
The villa offers:

- Kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator, sink);
- 2 bedrooms (1st floor) with separate showers and toilets, the other 2 bedrooms (2nd floor) have a shared large shower and toilet.
