Opened in the summer of 2008, the 20,000 m² Pajūrio Sodyba complex is one of the first hotels in the developing town of Šventoji.
The complex consists of 12 villas built in ethnic style using the latest modern technologies, with 72 rooms.

Location
Pajūrio Sodyba is located in the town of Šventoji, 8 km from Palanga Airport, 56 km from Liepāja Airport, 40 km from the international ferry terminal in Klaipėda, and 35 km from the railway station in Klaipėda.

72 rooms, 12 villas, each villa has the name of the land that was once ruled by the Curonians.
There are 3 types of villas:
Type I villas (4 villas in total, 24 rooms) – 2 double rooms, 4 double extra rooms. On the first floor of the villa there is a kitchen-dining room with all kitchen equipment and dishes, as well as a fireplace. This type of villa is very convenient for family vacations with children or for celebrations with family, colleagues, or friends.
Type II villas (4 villas in total, 24 rooms) – two-room suite with a fireplace, 2 double rooms, 4 double extra rooms.
Type III villas are VIP villas for the most demanding guests (there are 2 such villas, 6 apartments) – three-room apartments on two floors with a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, and a toilet. Terrace. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom, and a balcony.
