Basanavi\u010diaus g. 20\r\n\r\nThe villa was built in the late 19th \u2013 early 20th centuries. It is believed that the building was constructed by the Ti\u0161kevi\u010diai family. With its wooden gable roof, formerly covered with shingles, Villa Vilija reflects the traditions of folk architecture.\r\n\r\nIn 1950\u20131951, the villa underwent reconstruction: the layout of the rooms was changed and separate rooms for guests were added. The villa was later renovated several times: in 1970, the first floor was raised, in 1972, the attic was renovated, one room was converted into three, and two windows were removed, and in 1976, an extension was added. In 1997, the building was included in the Register of Immovable Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Lithuania.\r\n\r\n<b>Villa \"Pajauta\"<\/b>, J. Basanavi\u010diaus g. 22\r\n\r\nVilla Pajauta was built at the end of the 19th century and its architectural design is similar to the nearby complex of half-timbered villas (J. Basanavi\u010diaus g. 26, 28, 30, 32, 34). The villa also has a half-timbered structure and stands out for its architectural forms and classic decorative elements. Since there is information that the other half-timbered buildings on J. Basanavi\u010diaus Street belonged to S. Ti\u0161kevi\u010dien\u0117 and her family, it is believed that this villa may also have belonged to the Counts Ti\u0161kevi\u010diai.\r\n\r\nIn 1993, the building was entered into the Register of Immovable Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Lithuania. Currently, the building houses a catering company.","irasas_1_adresas":"J.
