It is 39 m high. The lighthouse signal is visible from 31 km away. Throughout its entire period of operation, the \u0160ventoji lighthouse has never been out for more than an hour. In 1964, an audible signal was installed. In 2000, the lighthouse underwent major reconstruction and new, modern equipment was installed. The lighthouse stands near \u0160ventosios Street and is fenced off.\r\nDid you know that:\r\nThe only lighthouse expert in Lithuania (lighthouse science) is Aidas Jurk\u0161tas, an artist and collector from Palanga?\r\nLighthouses are A.
